Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Support/Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing our network, servers, and other critical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and issue resolution for all IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking devices, and cloud-based services.
• Proactively monitor and manage the health, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure, making improvements and recommendations as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions that align with business requirements.
• Perform regular system updates, maintenance tasks, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Azure and cloud network technologies, offering insights and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities, implementing necessary measures to safeguard our IT infrastructure and data.
• Participate in IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new system implementations, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure support and administration.
• Microsoft Azure Certificate (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) and Professional Cloud Network Certificate (e.g., CompTIA Cloud+) are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, specifically with Microsoft Azure services, virtualization, and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux-based environments.
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications related to cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud) and networking (CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) is desirable.
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management frameworks.
