Skills & Experience:
Solid knowledge of networking technologies, including N+, CCNA, CCMP, PPoe, FNO'S, and subnetting.
Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably within the software or technology industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer servicexc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x9axc2x80 Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide clear, concise solutions.
Availability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends to ensure 24/7 customer support coverage.
