Explore new career possibilities as a Low-Voltage (LV) Support Service Technician! Be part of our client's team offering technical support, where you'll be the go-to person for maintaining low-voltage systems. Your skills will have a real impact in a dynamic work environment!

Find and solve issues with low-voltage (LV) electrical systems and equipment
Regularly maintain and fix LV parts and devices
Investigate why LV systems stop working, identify the main reasons, and repair them
Offer technical assistance to LV customers, both in person and online
Document and organize your findings when diagnosing issues and repairing LV systems
Collaborate with various teams to enhance the performance of LV systems
Ensure timely and clear communication with everyone involved, sharing detailed reports and feedback about LV support services

Skills & Experience:
Have worked in this field for 3-5 years at least
Know a lot about the products, especially understanding electrical diagrams
Good with using computers, especially MS Office
Understand the systems well for effective support and maintenance
Can make smart decisions based on the rules for the job

Qualification:
BTech in Electrical Engineering or Technical Diploma/Certificate
Electrician
