Perform repairs and maintenance on products, actively documenting faults and issues to drive ongoing product improvement
Conduct diagnostics and implement effective solutions to ensure utmost customer satisfaction
Conduct forensic investigations into facility failures, comprehensively understanding root causes and implementing control measures to prevent recurrence
Deliver accurate and timely reports to all stakeholders, including valuable customer feedback
Provide comprehensive test services to clients across various industries
Apply continuous improvement methodologies to all activities, striving for constant enhancement of facilities
Collaborate closely with the Development team to address on-site and workshop issues, fostering continuous improvement
Offer diagnostics and resolutions, ensuring exceptional quality and prompt reporting to both the team and customers
Contribute to delivering a comprehensive Battery Test Service to clients across the industry
Define test cycles, operating conditions, and various support functions based on customer requirements and specifications
Effectively identify and repair battery faults through proficient troubleshooting skills
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2-5 Years of experience
Work on live high voltage (up to 1000V) battery systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to make limited decisions on technical matters within the framework.
Building and maintaining relationships
Able to work in a team as well as alone
Must be physically fit and able to travel and perform duties under harsh and possibly hazardous client site conditions and requirements
Qualification:
Technical Diploma/Certificate or BTech Electrical Engineering OR Trade Test Electrician
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
