RESPONSIBILITIES:

Investigate and analyse support tickets logged from the various business streams;
To engage in problem analysis and resolution;
Escalate to second line support with relevant information;
Handover from project implementation to operations support;
Trend analysis of support issues to identify root cause;
Strong customer-centric focus is essential;
SLA recording and reporting;
System Administration;
Testing of application releases when required;
Excellent client communications;
Perform standby support activities for critical business systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

PERSONAL ATTRUBUTES:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively;
Attention to details;
Ability to work in a team;
Customer focused.
