xe2x96xaa Taking responsibility for the successful execution of supply chain projects

xe2x96xaa Championing and leading continuous improvement initiatives

xe2x96xaa Mapping and refining supply chain processes

xe2x96xaa Creating SOPs to facilitate seamless business and system integration

xe2x96xaa Devising training plans and ensuring comprehensive user training on systems and processes

xe2x96xaa Collaborating with diverse stakeholders and departments to deliver effective supply chain support

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Industrial Engineer (non-negotiable) and sound experience within a large warehouse operation
• 10 years experience as an Engineer with sound knowledge of the mechanics of a warehouse
• Extensive experience managing a small team of Engineers on various projects
• Strong project Management experience
• Experience in managing consultants will be an advantage
• Willingness to travel although it will be minimal
