QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Industrial Engineer (non-negotiable) with sound experience in Warehouse set up
• 10 years experience as an Engineer with sound knowledge of the mechanics of a warehouse
• Extensive experience managing a small team of Engineers on various projects
• Strong project Management experience
• Experience in managing consultants will be an advantage
• Willingness to travel although it will be minimal
