Supply Chain Planner
Job Description
Produce quarterly sales forecasts for all lines of business, and all stores.
Optimise Supply Chain with the objective that sales are maximised with the minimum
stockholding.
Actively manage the full product range for LOB the iStore business and by store.
Identify category growth strategies and build forecasts around this thinking.
Plan product execution for product launches.
Accurate forecast of sell out & sell in potential.
Actively highlight slow sellers, EOL, iCU, Aged stock for Sale, Deal Days or promotional
activities
Plan & actively manage model stock for replenishment lines as well as optimums for new
product.
Analysis, investigation and management of stock and action plans to manage slow
movers, EOL, Open Box, Returns, SOH, Faulty stock, Ageing, Celullar stock, Accessories.
Ensure SLA with warehouse are adhered to
Reduction and clearance of Aged stock
Manage price protection process and reconciliation. Ensure iStore margin maintained,
and actively manage sellout of product.
Ensure successful claims from suppliers
Daily accurate allocations and on time submission to Warehouse
Listing of new products and maintaining Pricing, SKU codes, descriptions etc.
Management of ordering from external suppliers
Manage stock allocation and requests, pricing queries received from Stores, Visual
Merchandising guidelines and Accessory Range queries, communicating price changes,
advising on pricing for Open Box units.
