Supply Chain Planner Somerset West Cape Town
Our client has an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic, detail-orientated and driven individual in their Marketing team as a Supply Chain Planner based in Somerset West. You will be responsible for coordinating, updating, and communicating the supply chain plan to relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of the overall supply and demand plan.
Salary: Highly Negotiable
Requirements:
- B Comm Logistics / Supply Chain or similar qualification
- 3 yearsxe2x80x99 relevant supply chain working experience
- Strong communication skills xe2x80x93 both written and verbal
- Collaboration with pack house logistics, quality, and production managers to ensure optimal raw material storage plan
- Update multiple pack house product availability data and consolidate into the supply chain plan
- Regular review of supply plan to accommodate capacity constraints and ensure alignments with demand
- Monitor and evaluate deviations from the supply plan and facilitate corrective action where necessary
