Job Description
My client, a leading company in the timber supply industry, based in Somerset West has a vacancy for a Supply Chain Manager with a minimum of five yearsxe2x80x99 relevant experience in a managerial role to join their team. Experience in the timber industry a definite advantage.Requirements:
- Appropriate Qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics and or Commerce. (Degree, Diploma or Certificate)
- 5 to ten yearsxe2x80x99 experience at a Senior managerial level in Logistics, Manufacturing and procurement
- Strong and proven track record of achieving results
- Proven Leadership and Management experience
- Excellent Knowledge in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Previously involved in Managing Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouses and Logistics in an independent position requiring certain deliverables will be an advantage
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans
