The main purpose of the Supply Chain Manager is to oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain activities of the business. The Supply Chain Manager's role is critical in ensuring the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall success of the supply chain operations.
The successful incumbent will report to the Head of Supply Chain and be responsible for the introduction and implementation of metrics and KPIs, operational and warehouse optimization, continuous improvement strategies and management of procurement processes. In addition to the above, focus will include research, development, implementation and maintaining supply chain modelling tools in conjunction with analysing operational performance.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BEng - Industrial Engineer or B.Com Hon in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 5 years experience within the Technology, Telecommunications or Related Industry
- NetSuite advantageous
