My client, a reputable distributor and wholesaler, provides a variety of healthy and nutritional animal product to their customers.
They were established over two decades ago and they have cross-border growth in over 4 countries. They pride themselves on trust, passion, professionalism, and innovation
The main purpose of the Supply Chain Manager is to develop and monitor the companys supply chain strategy. To improve productivity, efficiency and to reduce costs while securing high quality material for the company.
The successful incumbent will report to Business Unit Manager and Managing Director. The successful incumbent will be responsible for Strategic Planning, Inventory Management, Analyse Operational Performance (Sales), and liaising with vendors and suppliers (to meet quality and safety standards).
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum BCom Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 4 - 6 years experience within the Retail, FMCG or Manufacturing Industry
- SAP experience advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills Non-Negotiable
