My renowned client within the FMCG space was established over a century ago and they are dedicated to enhancing people's lives through nutrition, health, and wellness.
They are excited for a new Supply Chain Manager to join their Supply Chain and Logistics Team.
The main purpose of a Supply Chain Manager is to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations for the company. They will play a critical role in coordinating and streamlining the flow of goods, services, information, and finances across multiple regions and countries. The ultimate goal of the Supply Chain Manager is to ensure the efficient and cost-effective movement of products while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Supply Chain Manager will report to the Head of Supply Chain & Operations and be responsible for Strategic Planning, Change Management Process, Maintenance Supply Chain Modelling tools, Analyse Operational Performance, Cost Optimization, Continuous Improvement, and Sustainability and Compliance.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum B.Com Hons Degree in Supply Chain Management or Similar
- Minimum of 6-8 years' experience with minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a managerial role
- Advanced Excel Non-Negotiable
- Advantageous: Continuous Improvement Experience
