Job Description


  • Operationally manage, support and drive all Talent Acquisition activities, interventions and programmes, including Senior Management Appointments, in line with the Human Capital and Talent Management Strategies which are strategically aligned to the University's Strategy, Vision and Mission
  • Provide subject matter expertise, as the single point of contact, and support these with talent insights that will enable the University to recruit and select the best quality candidates fit for purpose at all levels.
  • Review and optimise the Talent Acquisition processes, systems and tools with a view to reducing time to hire; and to ensure a highly positive candidate experience
Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • BTech in Human Resources Management or equivalent in a related field
  • At least six (6) years' experience in recruitment - either in a generalist HR environment or in a specialized recruitment environment
  • Relevant experience in Higher education is recommended
