The purpose of a Supervisor: Sales Operations is to maximize the route potential thus ensuring profitable availability. Managing route sales, driver shorts, crates and PODs through your team consisting of Salesman Drivers and Sales Assistants. Daily couching of Salesman Drivers.
Qualification Requirements

• Matric or equivalent

• Computer Literate.
• Geographic Information Systems.
• Advanced Excel user.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Sales Supervisory experience, with a strong emphasis on Customer Service Execution in an FMCG environment.
• Route Planning systems, an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Geospatial data (Spatial Data).
• Routing and Distribution Optimization.
• Working knowledge of vehicle telematics technology & software.
• People management - experience with working with people at all levels of the organization.

• Code 10 Driver's licence with PrDP, an advantage

• 24/7 operation might be required to work weekends and Public Holiday's
