The Supervisor Mechanical will oversee a team of technicians and ensure that maintenance, repairs, and installations are carried out efficiently and according to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the mechanical activities in the organization
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Oversee repairs and installations
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
• Manage inventory and order necessary parts and supplies
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in a mechanical field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certification or qualification in a mechanical field
