About the role

Ruby Digital is looking for a Success Consultant to join our team.
Our team is focused and creating value for our clients.
You will work on a diverse range of clients, delivering measurable return on investment and organic growth.
You will be responsible for managing various projects, including client liaison, building relationships with clients on a client service level, campaign development, and management.
You will work alongside SEO specialists, developers, social media managers, content writers and Google Ad experts to optimise the online presence of these clients.

Liaise with both local and international clients regularly
Lead monthly progress meetings with clients
As the clients' dependable specialist in online marketing, develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients on behalf of the agency
Ensure a solid understanding of the client's environment, business goals, and best practices to recommend ideal solutions for desired business outcomes
Work with Performance team to ascertain timelines and ensure tasks are planned, scheduled and diarised so that internal deadlines are met
Ensure a smooth and timeous workflow of activities directed at your clients
Facilitate scoping of client needs and prepare proposals/quotations for relevant opportunities to existing clients
Monitor campaign success on Google Analytics and keyword rank trackers
Actively test and analyse targeting criteria (keywords and audiences), ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with campaign goals
Coordinate and manage various digital marketing services for your clients
Work under pressure and be fully adaptable to the ever-changing world of digital marketing
Follow industry trends, drive innovation, and contribute to case studies, blog articles, and training, as well as define, monitor, and analyse trends
Contribute to projects, process changes, and rollouts of the company
Attributes & Requirements

You have experience in Digital Marketing, specifically SEO and Google Ads

Minimum Requirements
You have a tertiary education in Marketing/Comms, Math/science, Data/Analytics
Computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets)
Experience in an agency environment (minimum 2 years)
Your own laptop/Desktop computer & internet that meets minimum specifications
Ability and passion to educate less experienced team members
Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead advanced projects
Comfortable with various CMS platforms and the ability to troubleshoot and solve various issues common with these systems
Experience with tools like Asana, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google
Data Studio & Google Tag Manager is advantageous, but is not required
