Role Overview
As a
Senior Account Manager
, you will be handed a
live book of LaunchOD clients
. Your responsibility is to:
Maintain
trust, confidence, and clarity
with doctors
Run professional client meetings (Zoom / phone)
Translate campaign data into
clear, compelling stories
Coordinate with Meta & Google Ads specialists
Ensure clients understand
what is working, what isn't, and why
Most importantly:
Make it
obvious
that LaunchOD is executing correctly
Make it
clear
when results are being limited by client non-compliance with the system
This is not customer support.
This is
client leadership

Core ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Leadership
Be the
primary contact
for assigned US optometry clients
Conduct regular:
Zoom meetings
Phone calls
Strategic email and text follow-ups
Set expectations, manage emotions, and control the narrative
Handle objections, frustration, and questions with confidence and calm
Reporting & Presentation
Gather performance data from:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
CRM / booking systems
Work with internal specialists to understand:
Lead volume
Cost per lead
Show rates
Conversion gaps
Present results in a way that is:
Clear
Professional
Visually clean
Easy for doctors to understand
Make reports look
excellent
-- not confusing, not defensive
Internal Coordination
Meet regularly with:
Meta Ads team
Google Ads team
Operations / automation team
Identify issues early and escalate appropriately
Ensure the execution team has the feedback they need
Accountability & System Compliance
Reinforce LaunchOD's system and process
Clearly and professionally explain:
When results are strong ? why
When results are weak ? what is NOT being followed
Protect LaunchOD from blame caused by:
Poor lead handling
Missed calls
No follow-up
Non-compliance by the doctor or staff
This must be done
firmly, respectfully, and confidently

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)Experience
5-8+ years
in a
DIRECTLY related role
, such as:
Senior Account Manager (agency)
Client Success Manager
Strategic Account Lead
Agency Project Manager with client ownership
Experience working with
US clients
Experience managing
performance-based services
Experience presenting results to business owners or professionals
Communication
Perfect spoken and written English
Executive-level presence
Calm, confident, and emotionally mature
Able to explain uncomfortable truths
without conflict
Professional Maturity
Mature in judgment, communication, and responsibility
Takes ownership
Does not panic, deflect, or make excuses
Understands client psychology and expectation management
Technical & Work Setup
Reliable wired internet (minimum 20-30 Mbps)
Backup internet
Backup power
Professional, quiet environment
Comfortable on long Zoom calls with US professionals
Availability
Must be available during
US business hours
EST / CST / PST overlap required

Experience in:
Healthcare, optometry, dental, or medical marketing
Familiarity with:
GoHighLevel (GHL)
Google Ads
Meta Ads
CRM pipelines and reporting
Experience managing
difficult or high-expectation clients
