About the role


------------------


As a Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding prospective and existing clients through the early stages of their growth journey, ensuring that solutions are strategically sound, commercially viable, and aligned to real business outcomes. You will work closely with the Head of Growth, Performance teams, and Success teams to ensure seamless handover from strategy to execution.



This role is ideal for a marketer who thinks strategically, communicates clearly, and wants exposure to global clients and complex growth challenges.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Client Solutions




Develop a clear understanding of each client's business model, market, goals, and constraints Formulate strategic marketing recommendations based on channel mix, personas, and intent Educate clients on why specific strategies and channels are recommended, focusing on outcomes rather than products Translate business objectives into scoped, outcome-driven marketing solutions



Growth Process & Commercial Enablement




Manage and qualify inbound opportunities according to the Inbound Marketing SOP Present company capabilities, strategic approaches, and proposed solutions



Internal Collaboration & Development




Execute client onboarding in collaboration with the Success Division Support Growth Division initiatives including process improvement, training, and reporting Continuously develop strategic, commercial, and communication skills with mentorship and guidance

Attributes & Requirements

Strong interest and foundation in digital marketing strategy Clear understanding of marketing channel mix and how channels support one another Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, structured way Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools Commercial awareness and curiosity (sales experience beneficial but not mandatory)

Education

Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications and/or human sciences, data, analytics AND minimum 3 years' experience of developing integrated communication strategies.
