Student Advisors ( Pretoria, Durban, Gauteng, Cape Town)

Student Advisors
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be approachable, empathetic, and solution-driven, with a strong ability to guide and support students throughout their academic journey.What you'll do:
Provide professional advice on academic programmes, courses, and career pathways. Support students with registration, orientation, and adjustment to campus life. Maintain accurate student records and assist with financial aid and bursary queries. Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support to ensure retention. Drive student recruitment by meeting registration targets and supporting marketing initiatives. Act as a bridge between students, faculty, and administration.
What we're looking for:
A Diploma/Degree in Education, Business, IT or related field. Previous experience in student advising, sales, or academic administration (advantageous). Excellent communication and people skills. Goal-driven mindset with strong organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
