Job Description
Our client a leader in the Berry Industry requires a senior individual to manage the Harvesting department spanning 80Ha of soft fruit.
Requirements:
Expert experience in the Harvesting of Berries
Manage, mentor and train Harvesting team
Implement best practises and improve efficiencies
Streamline harvesting operation
Ensure adherence to quality & health /safety standards
Knowlege of HACCP, BRC, Global Gap
Advanced MS Office
Drivers License & Own Transport
Fluent English & Afrikaans
Please note: The criterion for this role is strict. Only candidates with Senior Harvesting Management experience will be considered.
