Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a track record of driving sales and profitability. The Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales goals Manage and motivate a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service Create and maintain a positive work environment for staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration Oversee inventory management and ensure product availability and merchandising standards are met Monitor and analyze sales performance, expenses, and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with the regional manager on store promotions, marketing campaigns, and special events Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, including cash handling procedures

Qualifications:

3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar high-volume retail environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field preferred
