Job Description
Our Client is seeking Retail Store Manager to join their company in Ontdekkers Roodepoort, Gauteng.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing (NQF 6)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing (NQF 7) advantageous.
- 5 years' experience in Retail Sales or Marketing of which: Up to 3 years should be at Supervisory level.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite; other relevant discipline-specific software programs).
- To ensure operational efficiencies and day to day operations of the retail store to meet profitability and sales targets whilst ensuring quality- and customer demand standards are achieved.
- Retail Store Management (50%)
- Compliance (10%)
- Customer Service Management (20%)
- Staff Supervision (10%)
- Cost and Financial Control (10%)
