Coordinate invoice communication and credit note follow-ups with suppliers and funders
Keep Wesley's office and reporting board updated with current stock status and finance summaries
Coordination & Compliance
Liaise with internal departments including sales, licensing, and finance to ensure smooth vehicle flow
Assist with bank queries, settlement letters, and auction document handling
Respond to queries from auctions and funding partners professionally and promptly
Ensure all vehicle deal files are complete, accurate, and properly stored
Requirements:
Matric with strong numerical and administrative skills
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a stock control or vehicle administration role in a used vehicle dealership environment
Experience working with floorplans is essential
Strong working knowledge of vehicle finance procedures and stock system processes
Familiarity with vehicle licensing and NATIS documentation
Excellent communication, follow-up, and organisational skills
Computer literate - proficient in MS Excel and dealership software systems eg, VMS
Automotive Industry experience Essential!!
