Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store room, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Monitor stock levels and place orders with approved suppliers in line with business needs. Receive, check, and record all incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and quality compliance. Track usage and movement of stock, updating inventory systems in real time. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances. Implement and enforce stock control procedures to reduce waste, loss, and discrepancies. Work closely with procurement, technical, and operational teams to ensure stock availability for ongoing projects and jobs. Manage returns, damaged goods, and warranty items with suppliers. Provide accurate reporting on stock status and requirements to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or store room supervision within the ICT or related industry. Strong knowledge of products and consumables relevant to our line of business. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
