Key Responsibilities:

Oversee stock management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and stock integrity.
Operate and manage Pastel Evolution for inventory tracking, stock movements, and reporting.
Drive and operate a forklift to assist with stock handling and despatch.
Lead and manage a team of 2-3 store personnel, handling challenges with confidence and strong people skills.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods, coordinating with production and logistics teams.
Implement and maintain stock control procedures to minimize losses and improve efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Forklift license with hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
Proficiency in Pastel Evolution for stock control and reporting.
Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills to manage a difficult team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
