Our client in the Manufacturing industry is currently looking to employ a Dispatch and Debrief Controller to their team in East London.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- 1-2 years experience in a warehouse environment with material handling experience.
- Familiar with the stores and warehouse operation.
- Licence to drive a forklift truck (warehouse dependent).
- Awareness of dangerous goods handling.
- Experience debriefing and dispatching.
Checking and Verification (50 %)
- Review and check picked stock for accuracy ensuring all products are correct, scanned and in good condition before loading for dispatch.
- Receive Stock From CDC, Factory and Interbranch transfers ensure stock received of correct quantity and quality.
- Issue out Scrap.
- Execute daily activities that allow the business to receive, inspect, pack, store, pick and dispatch a quality product to the end customer within a controlled environment.
- Support any activity or function that is required to ensure customer satisfaction both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and adhere to all policies and processes that ensures a safe environment to deliver products and services that conform to all legal, safety, environmental and quality aspects.
