Are you a numbers-driven Chartered Accountant ready to take on a role where your reporting expertise truly matters? Our client, a key player within the retail services space and part of a well-established listed group, is looking for a Statutory Reporting Accountant to join their high-performing finance team. Duties:
- Prepare accurate and timely quarterly and year-end reporting packs
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS, with a strong focus on IFRS 16
- Compile group consolidation packs and liaise with Group Finance
- Support audit processes and statutory submissions
- Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA)
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 16
- 1+ years post-article experience.
- Audit experience in retail or similar sectors is advantageous
