Job Summary
Staff Food Chef
Job Duties:

  • Prepare and cook meals for staff members
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and food supplies
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a chef or cook
  • Relevant certifications in food preparation and safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of various cooking methods and techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary arts degree or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a hospitality setting
  • Additional certifications in food handling and hygiene
Working Conditions:
