Live-In Position
Requirements:
Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious, cost-effective meals for staff member.
Ensure meals are served on time.
Develop daily weekly menus for staff.
Order, receive, and manage inventory of ingredients.
Ensure freshness and proper storage of food supplies.
Follow food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen.
Manage food costs and minimize waste.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff or team member.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
