Spray Painters / Panel Beaters
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and performance of the existing spray booth, ensuring consistent quality and output.
Evaluate current paint application systems, processes, and equipment to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement structured methodologies to enhance coating quality, increase production rates, and reduce material waste and costs.
Work closely with the industrial engineering team to align painting operations with production planning and throughput goals.
Train, mentor, and develop general workers into skilled spray painters capable of maintaining Allbros quality standards.
Conduct trials and testing on new paints, materials, or processes to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure the spray plant operates in compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Contribute insights and technical recommendations toward the design and requirements of a future spray plant facility.
