Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Listen to customer concerns and accurately determine the nature of their vehicle maintenance or repair needs Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers on service and repair options Estimate costs for repairs and maintenance services and communicate them clearly to customers Schedule appointments for service and repairs, track progress, and communicate updates to customers Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction


Qualifications and Skills:

At least 3 years of experience working as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused and able to deliver exceptional service Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using computer software and systems for estimating and tracking service orders Valid driver's license
