Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Service Advisor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the maintenance and repair of specialized equipment or machinery. The Specialist Service Advisor will also coordinate with technicians to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the maintenance and repair of specialized equipment or machinery
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate repair and maintenance services
Coordinate with technicians to schedule and prioritize repairs
Ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies related to specialized equipment or machinery
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a specialized automative industry
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the maintenance and repair of specialized equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
