To lead the delivery of all intelligent process automation and digitisation initiatives in VAF Operations to realise the digitisation ambitions of the organisation and align to leading practices. Identify, define, design, develop and deploy sustainable solutions that are commercially viable. Lead change management projects and initiatives aimed at maximising employee adoption of the revised processes.

Experience with related systems, applications of varying scope and complexity and in developing macros or automation tools. Exposure to performance measurement, continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma). Ability to work independently, or in groups, as a main participant, to work well with subordinates, vendors, stakeholders, and end users in cross functional teams.
