Job Description
Solugrowth is looking for a Specialist xe2x80x93 Finance: Accrual & Checklist to support with finance reporting in relation to leasing and financial compliance thereof within the property management function.
This is a 3 -6 months contract role.
REQUIREMENTS
- Extract lease expiry reports from SAP RE-FX
- Validate accurate rental accruals on a monthly basis
- Consolidate rental accrual report within Network Property
- Submit monthly report on rental accruals
- Engage with Finance Operation team to align on accrual reporting
- Support SOX compliance on leases to improvement accuracy on leases
- Relevant qualification
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience
- Real Estate Knowledge
- Finance Management experience
