What You'll be doing

Manage all aspects of event planning, from initial concept and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis. Secure venues, negotiate with vendors (e.g., AV, catering), and manage all logistical details to ensure seamless event delivery. Work closely with internal client teams (marketing, sales, engineering) to align event objectives with business goals. Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Assist in the planning and execution of events focused on Cloud Services Track event metrics, analyse results, and provide recommendations for future improvements. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure event success. Ensure all events adhere to client policies and relevant regulations.

What You'll Need

Minimum 4-5 years of event experience, be a logistics ninja & budget guru. Proven experience with both in-person and virtual events/activations. Strong capabilities in event logistics, venue selection, vendor negotiation, and budget management. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
