Role Purpose:

Infinity Services Partner Company is a Managed Services Business, wholly owned by and a fully-fledged subsidiary of Vodacom.
Infinity Services Partner Company is looking for a Process Analyst Automation Specialist.

In this role responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive analysis of current business processes, identifying pain points, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement. In order to identify opportunities for digitization using various technologies, working closely with varied stakeholders to execute process improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

Process Management:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes within the business identifying pain points, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement
• Identify opportunities for digitization using various technologies, which include, but not limited to Robotics Process Automation, Natural Language Understanding, Optical Character Recognition etc
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and automation to drive cost reduction and improve service delivery.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to measure process performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Process Documentation: Document existing processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process guidelines, and performance metrics.
• Managing the conceptual process design
• Participate in design, development, deployment, testing and configuration of the demos of automated processes.

Process Mapping:

• Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to visualize the existing processes and their interdependencies.
• Create end-to-end map in visual representations of the process a customer or prospect goes through to achieve a goal within our company.
• Create business process maps of the activities involved in defining what a business entity does, who is responsible, to what standard a business process should be completed, and how the success of a business process can be determined.
• Mapping of as-is versus to-be processes.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, customer service, and marketing, to gather insights and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
• Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design
• Identify and unlock opportunities to re-use and scale automation processes
• Hosting process presentations to stakeholders
• Coordinating and leading the process design workshops with cross functional business units

Continuous Improvement:

• Proactively identify areas for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to implement best practices, industry standards, and innovative process methodologies.

Change Management:

• Support change management efforts by providing expertise and guidance during process redesign and implementation phases

Reporting:

• Compiling technical reports

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Information Technology; Engineering degrees will be considered with demonstrated Process Engineering experience.
• 2 -3 years' experience performing process improvements, with a strong preference for candidates with automation and consultancy industry experience.
• RPA and AI hands on experience
• At least 2 - 3 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to influence and get stakeholder buy-in
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
• Ability to apply a disciplined experimental and design thinking approach to solving problems using data and current statistical tools
• Strong knowledge of business process modelling with exposure to business processes modelling.
• Ability to run design-thinking workshop for process re- engineering and process optimization.
• Process development
• Ability to build business case for digitization

Responsibility

• Map end-to-end journeys
• Developing, configuring and optimizing automation processes from inception through to deployment
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
• Execute on best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve customer experience
• Perform process simulations
• Perform risk assessments
• Provide process documentation
• Quantify business benefits linked to digitisation
