The regional Digital Transformation Team (DTT) - (REGION) is overseeing but also be hands-on in projects that are focused on deploying and supporting our global IT application landscape.
This includes ensuring the strategies necessary for change management, user training, and application support are coordinated effectively.
Duties:
Provide a strategic interface between business and IT, encourager stakeholder engagement, oversee relationship management and comprehend business requirements to best align technology solutions and services
In close alignment with DTO, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of central applications using the global IT governance framework and adhering to Rhenus IT Policies, as well as RACI matrices that define the responsibilities of the DTT and other stakeholders
Supports project management resources and fostering a productive team environment
Leads, Take ownership over tasks in rollout projects and new IT initiatives to support the growth of the business (Senior leads, regular specialist takes ownership over tasks)
Supports the internal/external communication and knowledge management foundation to provide key stakeholders and employees an established opportunity to obtain information about the Digital Transformation strategy and projects
Digital transformation aims to streamline and automate business processes, leading to increased operational efficiency. This objective involves, integrating systems through setup, adopting digital tools, and optimizing workflows to reduce manual effort, errors, and costs
Requirements:
Implementation of internal Air & Ocean applications
Project Management for Digital Transformation
Communication, change and knowledge management
Completed studies in digital transformation, business informatics, economics or equivalent
Professional experience (1-3 years) and knowledge in the area of management and / or technology consulting in the context of IT strategy, project management and digital transformation, ideally with industry experience in logistics / international freight forwarding
Organizational multi-tasker with experience in digital transformation projects
Change manager able to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment
Strong project management and analytical and conceptual skills
People-oriented personality able to coach teams with creativity and team spirit
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) with the ability to effectively communicate and inspire in a diverse multicultural environment
Willingness to communicate with stakeholders and colleagues from different time zones
Fluent English language skills
