Core Description
Responsible for the Application Performance Management (APM) deployment, instrumentation, dash boarding of AppDynamics in various environments of the AppDynamics toolset.
Part of the daily tasks will include attending to new requests, incidences logged.
Will be required to assistance with proof of values and input to the pre-sales application performance management (APM) team
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- APM toolset deployments
- APM instrumentation
- APM dash boarding
- Attend to incidences logged
- Attend to new requests logged
- APM root cause analysis
- Assistance to Pre-Sales function
- Assistance with POV's

Minimum Qualifications
NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in IT/Engineering
OR NQF 4: Grade 12
Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage
Experience
5 years solid experience in APM monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Foglight, etc.
Or
If Grade 12, 7 years solid experience in APM monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Foglight, etc
Certifications
AppDynamics Certification an advantage.
