SPA HYBRID (RECEPTIONIST/THERAPIST)
MILNERTON - Atlantic Seaboard / West Coast (Western-Cape) - South Africa
STARTING DATE: A.S.A.P / September 2025
REPORTS to: Spa Manager / CEO
EMPLOYMENT: Full Time
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday - Sunday
- Shifts: 08:00 - 17:00 | 09:00 - 18:00 | 10:00 -19:00 | 11:00 - 20:00
- Open / Close Shifts apply (must be flexible and able to work early & late shifts rotate)
- 1x Weekend OFF per month + Days in the week
- R6,500 - R7,000 Basic per month
- Treatment Commission applies on services personally done by you
- Retail Commission on products sold by you
- Incentives and performance bonuses
- Spa therapist experience in spa / salon or cruise ship
- Qualification: ITEC / CIDESCO / SAAHSP or similar international accredited Diploma in Spa/Beauty
- Excellent command of English (speak & write)
- ESP / Bookings system confident
- Computer confident including MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Highly presentable and beautifully groomed
- Ease of travel to Milnerton
- Spa Therapist employment experience within luxury hotel or Ship Spa
- Knowledge & understanding of Spa industry & the lingo (describe treatments accordingly)
- Exceptional guest/patient relations
- Computer literate & skilled in booking software including ESP, Social Media & MS Office
- Conduct Spa tours & Spa Concierge
- Digital communication with guests
- Guest preparation for services
- Attend to queries
- Operate incoming calls, e-mails or walk-ins
- Guest check-in & check-out
- Perform spa therapies where operationally required (Group bookings etc.)
