as aSpa Receptionist / Back-Up Therapist
. This hybrid role is designed for someone who is passionate aboutexceptional client service
while also being skilled and confident in providing treatments when required.Education/Experience
Minimum
1 year experience
in a spa, salon, or 5-star environment Beauty qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP, or CIBTAC
) advantageous Strong computer literacy (MS Office, booking/scheduling systems, email) Previous retail or reception/front-of-house experience preferredPersonal Traits
Immaculate grooming and professional presentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, confident and approachable personality Highly organised with strong attention to detail Sales and retail driven with a passion for excellence
Duties and Responsibilities
Welcoming clients and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience Managing appointments, bookings, and client enquiries efficiently Handling payments and reception administration Supporting daily spa operations and stock control Performing professional treatments when required, delivering to a 5-star standard Assisting with upselling treatments and retail products
