The ideal candidate will have proven fine dining experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Key responsibilities: o Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations o Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff o Prepare and cook dishes to high quality and presentation standards o Support menu planning and contribute creatively to new dishes o Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen o Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control o Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations o Coordinate workflow between kitchen and service staff Requirements: o Proven Sous Chef experience in high-end or fine dining environments o Strong leadership and team management skills o Ability to work efficiently under pressure o Excellent culinary knowledge and creativity o Strong organisational and time management abilities If no response is received within 10 business days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
