Prepare and cook dishes to the restaurant's established quality and presentation standards. Support menu planning and contribute to creative dish development. Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Assist in maintaining smooth workflow and coordination between kitchen and service staff.
