This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled culinary professional to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional cuisine, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and ensuring every guest enjoys a remarkable dining experience. ? Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Head Chef with menu execution and daily kitchen operations * Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes * Maintain strict hygiene, health and safety standards in the kitchen * Oversee stock control, ordering and rotation following FIFO principles * Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates * Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, supporting training initiatives * Ensure smooth workflow during service while upholding fine dining standards * Monitor portion control, manage costs and reduce waste * Support equipment maintenance and report any operational issues ??? Requirements: * Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-end restaurant * Strong culinary skills with a passion for refined cuisine * Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen * Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and plating standards * Ability to lead the team and support the Head Chef as needed ?
