Support the Executive Chef in overseeing the full kitchen operation
Lead and supervise kitchen staff with hands-on involvement
Ensure high-quality food production and consistent presentation
Monitor food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Assist in maintaining food cost and labour targets
Foster guest satisfaction and team development
Contribute to menu planning and creative culinary direction
Education & experience
Matric or equivalent with 4 years experience in culinary, food & beverage, or related field
OR * 2-year diploma/degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or similar + 2 years relevant experience
Practical experience whilst studying.
Prior hotel or boutique property experience is advantageous
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
