Perform Capacity Planning and Management throughout the Seasonxe2x80x8b

xc2xb7 Perform Capacity Planning and ensure that volume flows and drops are successfully communicated with Suppliersxe2x80x8b.

xc2xb7 Implement and manage Seasonal Trading Plans in conjunction with Planning and Buying, and work with Suppliers to revise and update production plansxe2x80x8b.

xc2xb7 Oversee order management and product tracking, promptly communicating changes or delays to Group Planning and Buying Teams to achieve On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) targetsxe2x80x8b.

Minimum requirements
xc2xb7 8 years or more Buying/Sourcing/Technical retail experience in a Clothing environment and/or
xc2xb7 Relevant business degree / diploma in Textiles, Fashion, Clothing product management
xc2xb7 Understanding of the International and South African clothing industry.
xc2xb7 Proven experience in Supplier negotiations
xc2xb7 Ability to travel both locally and internationally.
