Sourcing Co-Ordinator - JhbJOB PURPOSE:Responsible for supporting the sourcing department on day-to-day operations, including calls with suppliers, SOP maintenance, and report maintenanceKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Department ReportingSupplier list Creation and MaintenanceSupplier contract tracking with legal team to prompt renewal or expiryAssist compiling divisional reports: Costs, Capex, Benchmarking etc.Support with supply chain cost trackingDepartmental invoice processing and resolutionsResolve supplier invoice queries and coordinate resolution with the Finance teamPPV deviation investigations and reconcilliationsSupport in system maintenance & PIR accuracy checkDepartment Administration SupportCompleting errands and ad-hoc duties as requested from time to time.Diary coordination between Aspen stakeholders and SuppliersSOP MaintenanceSupplier Onboarding documentation managementMeeting minutes drafting and publishContinuous ImprovementSupport the department to deliver strategic objectives in improving service, cost and cashSupport with SC projects where requiredEducational Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Supply Chain Management, BCom degreeExposure to Manufacturing essentialImport/Export experience essential3+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience within a similar role, preferably in FMCG/Pharmaceutical environment3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within a Supply Chain environmentExperience in operating with SAP, Excel, Power BIExperience in supplier engagementKnowledge:Computer skills on Microsoft toolsGood understanding of S&OPGood working knowledge of ERP systems, esp SAPTechnical Competencies / Skills:Excellent problem-solving capabilityStrong technical skill in MS Office, especially excelHighly collaborative, flexible and attention to detailExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels, excellent cross-function and collaboration skills requiredStrong understanding of new product launch process within Supply ChainEffective oral and written skills to communicate technical and non-technical issues to various levels of managementAccuracy and Attention to detailPlanning, organising and co-ordinating.Problem-solving and decision making.Effective interpersonal skillsTime ManagementMultitaskAspen is committed to the principles of equal employment opportunity and suitably qualified job applicants are invited to submit their CV online Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups through a fair recruitment and selection process in accordance with laws governing employment equity, where such laws are applicable to the Aspen entity that will employ the successful candidate.
