Job Description


JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for supporting the sourcing department on day-to-day operations, including calls with suppliers, SOP maintenance, and report maintenance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Department Reporting

  • Supplier list Creation and Maintenance
  • Supplier contract tracking with legal team to prompt renewal or expiry
  • Assist compiling divisional reports: Costs, Capex, Benchmarking etc.
  • Support with supply chain cost tracking
Departmental invoice processing and resolutions
  • Resolve supplier invoice queries and coordinate resolution with the Finance team
  • PPV deviation investigations and reconcilliations
  • Support in system maintenance & PIR accuracy check
Department Administration Support
  • Completing errands and ad-hoc duties as requested from time to time.
  • Diary coordination between Aspen stakeholders and Suppliers
  • SOP Maintenance
  • Supplier Onboarding documentation management
  • Meeting minutes drafting and publish
Continuous Improvement
  • Support the department to deliver strategic objectives in improving service, cost and cash
  • Support with SC projects where required
Educational Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, BCom degree
  • Exposure to Manufacturing essential
  • Import/Export experience essential
  • 3+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience within a similar role, preferably in FMCG/Pharmaceutical environment
  • 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within a Supply Chain environment
  • Experience in operating with SAP, Excel, Power BI
  • Experience in supplier engagement
Knowledge:
  • Computer skills on Microsoft tools
  • Good understanding of S&OP
  • Good working knowledge of ERP systems, esp SAP
Technical Competencies / Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving capability
  • Strong technical skill in MS Office, especially excel
  • Highly collaborative, flexible and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels, excellent cross-function and collaboration skills required
  • Strong understanding of new product launch process within Supply Chain
  • Effective oral and written skills to communicate technical and non-technical issues to various levels of management
  • Accuracy and Attention to detail
