Job Description
Garden Route Area - Western Cape:
The ideal candidate has a passion for growing high quality fruit. This is an all-encompassing vacancy, and the successful candidate will be responsible for all farm aspects of production.?
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Agricultural Diploma/Degree or similar. Min of 3 years fruit farming experience. Previous experience with strawberries and raspberries preferred. Must have sound experience on all aspects pertaining to soft fruit growing. Significant experience managing diverse and large groups of employees. Computer literate. Previous experience with the supervision of chemical applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Well-developed time management skills. Valid driver's license.
