About the Role
We're looking for a curious, proactive and social-first thinker to join our team as a Social Media Intern. This role is perfect for someone who loves culture, keeps their finger on the pulse of what's trending, and wants to learn how content drives business impact. You'll support the social team across content creation, community management, reporting and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Content SupportAssist with creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook (filming, editing and caption writing). Assist in drafting social copy aligned to brand tone of voice. Support content planning (ideas, weekly content calendars, scheduling posts). Source trending audio, memes, moments and references for content inspiration.

Community & EngagementMonitor comments, DMs and brand mentions across platforms. Engage with followers in a way that builds brand personality and loyalty. Flag risks, trending conversations or opportunities in real time.

Campaign SupportAssist in influencer coordination (tracking posts, gathering screenshots, checking content quality). Help prepare briefs and moodboards for creators. Support live event coverage when required.

Measurement & ReportingAssist in weekly/monthly reporting (pulling metrics, sentiment tracking, drafting insights). Monitor competitor content and industry trends.

Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and digital culture. Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Canva or similar). Good written communication and storytelling ability. Reliable time management and attention to detail. Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude.

Nice to Have (Not Required)Photography or videography experience. Graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe). Experience running personal or student social accounts.

QualificationsRecent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. Portfolio or examples of social content (personal TikTok counts!).

What You'll GainHands-on experience working on real brands and live campaigns. Exposure to influencer marketing workflows. Understanding of paid vs organic strategy and how brands build communities. Mentorship and guidance from senior social strategists and content leads.
